I was extremely satisfied with the service and the personal. I came from another storage facility to storage mart and couldn't compare prices and service. Highly recommended. And I'm a repeat customer will be back again!!!!

I have never experienced such professional and personal customer service until I met Dolores from the storage mart in Brooklyn NY!!!!
I traveled all around the United States and have accounts in multiple states but never have I felt like I was home until I met Dolores, she treat's me and my employees like Family and that is PRICELESS!!!!

The customer service at StorageMart was dynamite! That is an understatement. I was going through a lot of stressful things at once and long story short, traffic had me at its mercy and I made it to StorageMart at 5:57 PM, 3 minutes before close. I called to let them know that I had to be out of my apartment on that day and that if I wasn't able to store my things that evening, I'd be out of luck. The employees Jay, Dee Dee, and Alan were all there waiting out of the kindness of their hearts and I was able to get registered, and unpacked that day. Alan was happy to lend a hand with my things and he was so patient and attentive to my belongings that were sentimental. Jay was on point with getting me registered and payed out and never once made me feel like a burden. And Dee Dee was working hard on something over the phone but still helped with any questions I had. Jay even apologized for the paperwork taking a while to print, when I should have been apologizing for him having to stay late. The reason I had to move is something that has admittedly jaded me a bit, but the crew at Storagemart renewed my optimism. You just don't see that kind of customer service too often these days. I would recommend the StorageMart on Wallabout if you are a Brooklyn resident. You get what you pay for and then some! Thanks guys!
