The people in the site did not offer much help with figuring out the size of storage needed. When I signed he contract the lady just added $12 insurance to the monthly bill without asking for my permission nor did she could explain what it was for. When I probed the subject she explained that it was against theft and fire probably. She could not print out a paper explaining the policy to me.
I find this kind of action to be dubious and just wrong. This is no way to conduct an honest business.
