Storage Post Self Storage Ridgewood

I don't know what's with the bad reviews for this place, I've had nothing but a good experience with the staff and the facility. I recently had to put all my things into storage on short notice. They got me a great unit quick, no bs, and it basically didn't cost me anything. Dino and the other lady behind the counter who's name I didn't catch are super friendly. The location is right next to a police station which is also nice. I've had a few storage units in the past and so far this place is the best. 5 stars.

They get you into a storage space at a low rental rate. Then after 4 months they raise the rental rate by 40%. Watch out!

DONT EVEN BOTHER.....I have been a customer for years and let me tell you....if you are late 30 days they add $100 on to your unit plus late fee's. I can see late fee's but $100 PLUS LATE FEE'S AND THEN TELL YOU THEY ARE GOING TO AUCTION YOUR STUFF......really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! come on people. All they do is take advantage of people and want the stuff in the unit.. WAKE UP STORAGE POST...YOUR NOT ON STORAGE WARS.... stop ripping people off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also FYI they have the employee's friends and family fill out positive reviews for them. I was told by an employee there... GET REAL!

Carlos was fantastic and super-helpful when we can to select a unit. The facility is really nice - clean, good lighting, easy access and they're open most holidays so it works with my schedule. Definitely a good choice

Great facility. Great Service. Make sure you see Carlos he is awesome. Not pushy, very informative, and very pleasant. I needed storage on a budget and he really made it happen. The guy is really reasonable and will work with you. The place is state of the art and top notch. You will be glad you stored with them. It makes living in Williamsburg, that much more nicer and convenient.
