Storage Post Self Storage New Hyde Park

It's a joy to be able to rave about this place without one single reservation. Immaculate, immaculate, immaculate (super important to me), well run and fairly priced--with a staff always ready to help. Eric and Kevin were "my guys, but Ivan and George were just as nice. I'm embarrassed to say it took me 9 years to deal with family heirlooms, but in all that time I have not one single complaint. I personally looked at 6 places before visiting Storage Post, which instantly became the winner. Even though I live in Manhattan, it's still convenient and well worth it. Train from Penn Station to New Hyde Park is direct and only about 25 minutes, with a six block walk from the station. I'm almost sorry that I won't have reason to go there again.

IN RESPONSE TO PRIOR REVIEWS, This place has NOT been open 20 years so how can anything about that review be true?

It's storage and looks nice.

Warning: They use PROPAY which has been know for causing serious issues with Credit/Debit cards. They double charged me and held the money for about a week. Storage Post did not inform me that they ran my card Twice. But what do you expect when Middle Eastern people are the actual owners; Many problems with your money!

I've been a customer for over 20 years. Always helpful,courteous and a real pleasure to do business with. Weather it shipping receiving or just helping with my storage needs. These people work everyday to earn your business and they show their appreciation. As a plus the place is always neat and clean. I always recommend them to my family and friends.
