Have been a customer here since 1999 and I don't know why.
Rates go up more than anything in the area, everytime they "renovate" the office the rate goes higher. They have a $10 late charge and an additional $25 late charge if you pay after the 15th. So they have a $35 late charge, THAT'S MORE THAN THE IRS. Nobody ever available to help you with the elevator, no body answers the phone. I DON"T WANT TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. Plenty of places in the area, give your money to another storage place. I'm moving things this week, enough is enough.
