The workers here go out of their way to prevent a sale. I asked for a small box, the lady tells me they don't have what I need. She has no knowledge of what I'm shipping. Then I find the box I need but have to double check it fits records, as it may be off by 1cm. She tells me they don't have untaped boxes in the lobby. I ask if we can open and retape. Both employees jump up and say no you can't do that. I say fine, I'll spend my $300 somewhere else. Wow you suck.
