I agree with a few other comments about it being a nightmare to get started - the online reservation is worthless, it seems they only have a paper and pen inventory system. However I did find the staff helpful once the ball got rolling and they actually found a suitable unit in my budget.

Ever since a new management takes place, it's been a nightmare for me. Every first of the month, they got their payment but still they have the nerve to put a red pad lock in my room, preventing from accessing. The locking mechanism has two holes, for security reasons I had put a lock on each hole. As management asked me to free up one hole which belong to them, I did just by removing one lock, and free up the other hole. Back again a month later, they locked my shit again. I locked a lock within a lock , utilizing one hole. This so called manager wants to create is own policy, telling me that I shouldn't lock on a lock. How is that of his concern. What's next? It's sad to see such character behave unprofessionally. Argue with customer of your wrong doing and try find excuses that's insane. He seems to have an attitude problem. You're in the wrong field if you don't know how to deal with the public (people). Beside, it's a clean facility.

The staff is very nice, facility is clean. Pass thru is great for loading. But their system for getting space sucks. There is no online inventory, and the "reservation" you make online is worthless.
