Biggest & best supermarket in the area (and I've tried quite a few), a lot of selection, reasonable prices and always a 10 for $10.00 sale going on. Sign up for the Stop & Shop card for more savings. If you can deal with the crowds, cause it's always crowded, it's worth the trip. My first go to spot is Trader Joe's but I get everything else at Stop & Shop.

This place has the worst selection of meat. Buy everything but meat here. It's so hard to find a great super market in Flatbush, Brooklyn.

first thing the place is very very dirty every time i go there the floor is always dirty. second sometimes they have the items i needed. third thing the lines are always long, i do not like how the cashiers yell at the costumers just because they did not see them turn off the "open sign.

It's big, and the prices are average for the big boys. The selection is what you would expect, in short it is exactly what one would expect from a big store. It lacks the 2 things I love S &S for though. no self checkout option, no self scan guns either. I love that. Not having to interact w/ any employees unless I want to. I know I'm a misanthrope & a snob, but @ least I am honest. The main reason I like those options is that it gets me out of the store in no time @ all. otherwise, this place is the best option I have found.

It has huge variety and it has decent prices for ny, because it's a stop and shop. The only thing I really don't like is that the management keeps the place understaffed. There aren't enough people working the lines, and the people working the registers, are also the baggers. IT takes forever to leave. Also, the ailes aren't always fully stocked. But hey, it's a stop and shop and it has decent prices and good products.
