What a horrible, horrible experience. Everything about this company is awful. I would advise you not to BUY or RENT an apartment from this company in NYC. It is impossible to get in contact with them unless they need something from you! They are terrible... liars and completely unethical.
Specifically, JOHN CAJAJ (property manager) is a coward. He is as bad as they come.
STAY CLEAR OF STONEHEDGE, stay clear of a huge headache!
