This is the worst customer experience i ever had. Placed an order thru HomeDepot with them. They don't return the calls on when it can be done. They are very rude.
HomeDepot should not use them to install countertops. Stay away from this company.

I am without countertops/kitchen sink 12 days after they tore them out to take measurements. Was told countertops would be installed within 7-10 days. They keep saying countertop is "in production" but will not give me a date that it will be ready. I will purse legal action.

Still without countertops/kitchen sink 12 days after they tore them out to take measurements. Was told countertops would be installed within 7-10 days. They keep saying countertop is "in production" but will not give me a date that it will be ready. I have family coming to stay in my apartment for the next week and they will be without kitchen countertops/plumbing. Very frustrated..

I am on day 8 of trying to get this company to pay for damage done by their installers to my kitchen table (solvent spilled on surface ruining finish). The customer service rep is not even responding to my emails. Not a great experience.

Run away. Worst company to deal with, poor customer service, delays in installation. Won't recommend at all. do yourself a favor and look somewhere else
