I was very fortunate to have the pleasure of meeting Seraphina at Stone Innovations. She is an expert at what she does and her wisdom and knowledge were an added bonus to dealing with this part of my kitchen renovations and she really cares that I was happy and not about making a quick sale. She had a wonderful attitude, never lost her patience with me, was incredibly informative and made exceptional efforts to locate the exact stone I loved. I wish I had someone like her to have helped me design my kitchen from the beginning because I know it would have been a lot easier. Home Depot should have someone like her to help customers like me get what they are hoping for. I too am in the retail business and she taught me some valuable gems of how to work with people to be sure they get what they want when they are going through the anxiety of dealing with a home renovation which can be very stressful.
