After speaking with the owner Oscar, a meeting was scheduled. He never showed, nor responded to messages. I called again to reschedule the appointment, he claimed to be busy when I called and promised to call beck. Furthermore, he was unapologetic about his no-show and poor responsiveness! Oh, and he never called back.
