Food took a long time to arrive and was served cold. I think it probably sat in the kitchen for a while before our waitress remembered to serve it. She was the only server that did not appear Asian (she had a British accent) and did not seem familiar with the menu - she could not answer questions. We ordered our food spicy and she did not relay that to the cooks - they sent us hot sauce to add ourselves rather than doing it again. The searing was uncomfortable and crowded. I sat on what looked like an ottoman and everyone who walked past (food servers and delivery people) kept bumping into me. Service was poor overall and food only mediocre and not hot. Would not go there again.

Wonderful staff. The food was really good and came out quickly. We ordered the coconut chicken soup, steamed Thai dumplings and drunken chicken noodles. All great, especially with the different spices offered. House made sodas were tasty as well! We got a discount for having tenement museum tickets (which was really great, too...). Would return!
