We had Steven take photographs of our rental property on Cape Cod (antique home which we have been restoring for 10 years) back in September (2014). We love the home and had taken what we thought were pretty good pictures over the years which we post on a couple rental property websites. After Steven sent us his pictures we downloaded them immediately to the sites. Our inquiries and bookings went up immediately and noticeably.
We just booked our last week of summer about a month or two earlier than in the past after raising our prices this off season (my wife was unsure of doing so). We know for a fact that his pictures have helped us and it was so easy working with he and his wife Karen that we are thrilled with the deal!
Now we have to figure out a way to get them back down so we can coordinate to get some family photographs!
