The big old guy in the office rude, rude, rude. I can't understand why people continue to go here. I wish this gas station would go away.

I went for an inspection and the old man there was very rude. I left my car anyways and when I came back, there was a car blocking me. As I get in my car to turn it on, they had left it in gear WITH NO PARKING BRAKE ON, which is ridiculous to do if you're not on a slope. So naturally, the car flung forward and hit the car in front. Ask me if they wanted or offered to help take care of the damage? The guy started treating me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about when I accused him and his mechanics of being idiots for leaving it in gear with NO PARKING BRAKE on when the car was not on a slope! If you want to deal with morons, this is the place to go!

Called to get a car inspection. Asked if there is a long wait and he didn't answer the question. Asked again and he said "of course there is a long wait, thats how it is". Very rude.
