I'm a big fan of their shoes for great quality materials and style, however, I had a terrible customer service experience. Their staff was not attentive when I visited and very busy talking amongst themselves. When I tried to ask for a pair of shoes that they were out of in my size, the sales rep tried to sell me a variety of other shoes I wasn't interested in. I was able to get the shoes delivered to my house but they didn't arrive for 3 weeks. When I called the store they told me they didn't know what happened to the order even though I had a receipt transaction. Ultimately, I wouldn't return to the store due to all the difficulty I had.

Great selection of shoes. The quality of the shoes are amazing. The customer service is really good. Once you ask someone for help they attend to your needs.

I went here with my mom. We got four shoes. People there are super nice and their recommendations were perfectly our taste and comfy. I'm sure that I'll wear the hell out of it. They've got handmade italian shoes too, and my mom is totally obsessed with it. Reasonable price but looks sooo expensive. It is better than any other designer shoes. Adore it.
