I expected a beautiful arrangement based on the relatively positive reviews I found. I instantly made an order online choosing my girlfriends favorite flowers (Note: These flowers were blooming in the same season I ordered them). When the arrangement was delivered, I was instantly disappointed at the very poor quality of the flowers. The petals looked rather dry and wilted despite the vase being filled with water. Considered the fact I clicked the 'Premium' option on the online catalog, I was surprised to find nothing to spectacular about the arrangement (It looked no different than the ordinary arrangement). I always felt that the more money I put into something, the better quality I would get out of it. I can safely say that my assumption here was wrong and I absolutely didn't get what I paid for. I only give two stars for effort. I understand that this is a small business that's trying to stay up but at the same time I expected much better service.

After having a terrible experience with another flower shop in Brooklyn I entered a bit of rush trying to find flowers for my dear friends' father's funeral. I happened to stumble across Steve's Flower shop and boy am I glad I did! After calling them to make sure that what I was looking for was possible, I was greeted by a man who answered all my questions honestly and gave the best possible advice, he was brutally honest but hey you don't an expert how to do his job right! ;) my friend loved the flowers and said they were gorgeous, they arrived one hour early to the funeral where they were pleasantly surprised! If you are looking for a serious flower shop with honest prices, good customer service and a talented staff, look no further. I look forward to doing business with them again. (hopefully for a more joyous occasion!;).

i dont know what that last comment was about they must of went to the wrong store steves flower shop is the best florist in newyork and im not over stating they have been my family florist for over 20 years they take the time and explain evrything to you so you understand why this cost what they cost dont be fooled by a lower price else where other florist in brooklyn bait and switch wedding centerpieces like its there job and it is not here at steves none of that goes on what you see is what you get everytime i call for a last min delivery they alwasy help me out with fresh flowers they carry a really large selcetion and advise you what works well together a must yous florist dont be fooled by these other fake florist use steves

I was told to come in I look around , axe what was the price range . and steve did the rest , the money was well worth it well worth it ,fantastic floral arrangement
