Bagels are always soft and fresh. The place gets really busy so I've had some incorrect orders but when pointed out, staff is quick to correct. Hot coffee can be hit or miss; iced coffee usually great.

Small bagels, and very slow service. However, the food is good.

The decor isn't much to look at, but I don't feel that's really a negative given that this is a small neighborhood bagel shop. The service was great. My onion bagel came out very toasty totally smeared in scallion cream cheese with piles of lox.
