Beware, Stern insurance agency is committing fraudulent acts with customers auto policy. My 77 year ago father was using Stern Insurance for some time, he would pay Mr. Stern cash for his monthly bill, but Mr. Stern would send the payment Electronic transfer which on numerous occasion be returned as no funds, causing late payment and penalties to accumulate. When my dad went to register his vehicle he was told that he had to surrender his license and plates for lapse of insurance.Long story short he had to pay an addition 250.00 in order to clear the mess Stern Insurance created and refused to reimburse this money.
