If I could post a billboard on every corner of NYC recommending that you don't use this company, I would. Their customer service is awful. Their follow up is the pits. They charged me for a service I did not receive and their techs are not knowledgeable about the services they are providing. Dealing with this company left a bad taste in my mouth. Stern is truly awful!
