I simply must write and tell you how much I appreciated the gorgeous flower arrangement that was sent to my son and his wife
on Roosevelt Island yesterday!! They actually sent me a photo of the delivered bouquet and it was more beautiful than I had
even thought it would be. My order was the Sunshine Surprise Present......it was a stunner!!

The employee with whom I spoke on the phone was delightful and so very accommodating and professional. I actually felt
as if I were talking to a friend. Customer Service is certainly alive and well at Sterling Blooms!! It was my choice to
use a local New York City florist and I am so happy that my son was able to recommend you.
