The machines work the hair has been reduced on the areas I treated but the staff is very rude and unaccommodating. had to reschedule 3 times. The front desk staff do not care at all about costumers.

I have been going to Step Up for a few months they have been nothing but nice and courteous. They have always me feel welcome. I have very thick body hair and have seen substantial reduction to almost nothing. Since my hair is stubborn and thick it a miracle that they were able to reduce it this much. The technicians are nice and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My experience at Step Up Skin Laser was top 10.
The clinic is clean and beautiful. Laser technician was very professional.
Laser machine was new and painless. Best of all. I loved the results and the discounted package!
