Terrible management. Someone gets stuck in the elevator once a day, and they can't seem to fix it. The window in my office won't open, therefore the window washer won't wash it, therefore I'm stuck with a dirty dirty window. This is also the company that hired the elevator operator that murdered a cleaning lady on the 12th floor. This management company can't manage.
