This is what people think a film and television studio lot is like, but most are not.
One important difference to note is that Steiner has its own parking, free of charge, if you're working on a project there. They also have plenty of secure bike racks if you rather ride there.

Great space for filming!

A great raw space for throwing events, complete with a lower level cocktail area, and upper level main area that opens up into a large terrance with a partial waterfront view. Most of the perimeter of the main space has floor to ceiling walls, providing for great views. The only down side is that you need to take a car service (not public transportation) to access this place, and you would first have to drive onto and throughout the studio lot to arrive at the actual Steiner Studios space.
