Stefania worked with my family to find a wonderful group of tenants who fit perfectly within our house. She was patient, creative and honest, representing our best interests as landlords but also working well with prospective tenants. I highly recommend her for rental and sales. She has great follow-up skills and is accessible when you need her.

It was a tremendous pleasure working with Stefania as I bought my coop! She was truly outstanding!!
Knowledgable and energetic, she knew exactly what to do to navigate the complex purchase. Dependable, personable, etc... she has it all.
I am truly grateful to her for all her efforts!!

Stefania went above and beyond to help us find and get into our first co-op! From the search, to the application, to closing, she was there every step of the way. We were under a tight deadline before our rental lease was up and she even contacted the rental company to negotiate an extension! Communication with Stefania was great; she was super responsive over text, phone, and email. We trusted her advice and felt extremely comfortable working with her. I could not have asked for a better realtor!
