I came here for French Press coffee, which they do have.. However it's served by the cup from a regular spigot thermos, like drip coffee. You're not provided with a french press at your table. As such, you're a bit at the mercy of how long ago they made the coffee. I found it ok, but not great. After watching them make it, the barista also used too little coffee in the press for my taste as well. It was affordable, however. This appears to be a neighborhood place, but the signs sternly warning against laptop/tablet use on some tables did little to make customers feel welcome.

Excellent coffee and breakfast pastries! Can be busy and crowded on the weekends. Attitude of staff also varies, sometimes they can be nice and sometimes snotty.

Staff was rude. "French Press" means old, stale, burnt coffee out of a thermos.

Wonderful service! Professional, friendly, calm. Great drinks and food. Divided into laptop and laptop-free areas. While I wish there were a little more seating for laptop users, the division actually really adds to the great atmosphere. People staying to work can focus in the back; people there to chat or with children or just in and out can enjoy themselves in the front. Brilliant.

This place is right below my apartment; so the convenience factor already gives this place an A+. Their soy mochas are delicious and when I'm working from home I can get amazing internet service here. The crowd is fun and peaceful.
So...do you like coffee? I DO! :-)
