As a chef, food demos are very important to me, so when I approached Stealth Production to film and edit a short video of my one of my food demos, I did not have an inkling of how it would turn out. Generally I am a camera shy person, but Tony Bacchus and his crew were hands on in effectively coaching and guiding me throughout the entire shoot. Tony worked tirelessly, and was able to achieve a fantastic end result. Clearly he has an amazing vision that works on any genre. I attribute that to his warm, kind, and gentle demeanor.
