Part of the LOMA requirement was to submit an elevation certificate from a licensed surveyor. I am glad that we were recommended to this firm. Mark is an absolute professional to deal with. Certificate was received in a timely manner.

He offered us to do a corner marker later since there was too much snow. But next summer he refused to honor his pricing and offer. I will not recommend him
