Amazing service, very knowledgeable and exteremly helpful staff simply put... I love this store!! The staff is so kind and patient. I would definitely reccomend this Verizon location to all my friends and family. Anything you need cellular or Fios they have and can help you with.

DO NOT come to this place.

We were helped by Kevin when we opened new Verizon contracts. He said that we would only have to pay a certain amount for our phones and after receiving the rebates, realized that the rebate amount was half of what we were promised.

When we went back to the store to ask about the situation, he first claimed that he didn't remember what he promised and then claimed that he must have misunderstood when he told us that information - even though when we asked him about the phone prices on the first visit, we asked multiple times to ensure we had the right information and he steadily repeated the same information.

These people are scam artists who promise all these great incentives to get you to sign contracts with them, and then take no accountability when they do not come true.

If you do go to them, make sure to get their "words" in writing.

The main problem with them is the notion of everybody is a fool...they just lost my business account for "wiser"....better use the corporate store in the mall

They tend to sell all of their accessories at 25 to 50 percent above retail and then pretend to give you a "discount" if you show lack of interest in order to make you feel your getting a bargain. Your better off going to a real Verizon store and paying full retail over their bloated prices.
