Terrible and the staff are rude as hell. Never going back

I'm physically & mentally disabled but they continue to make me come down to the office intead of having home visits. I have won 5 fair hearing cases against them. Took them 4 years to correct my address. I wait for hoirs after explaining my disabilities that their doctors confirmed. Incompetence is being nice. I am on my way again after turning in paperwork in October & them failing to file it & cutting off my benefits once again. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

I can't even begin to type out how much bullshit I've gone through with them. I am disabled and they don't give a shit. Nobody does their job and EVERYBODY is RUDE as hell. I am a very patient and kind person. I am never rude unless you deserve it. These people have pushed me to my limit practically yelling and cursing at them several times. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been there, there was ALWAYS a problem. I literally carry around every single piece of paperwork ever needed for anywhere I could possibly go. I give them everything and there's always something. I can't stand this place and the people that work there. They are not human beings. They do not deserve such a good job.

still calling from early this morning and NO ANSWER!!! These workers can care less about your needs. All staff on bay street have the meanest attitude in the wrong proffesion. I consider myself a very calm and patient person but...these people will push you to the limit.

HORRIBLE! They really do NOT deserve even one star. The staff is incompetent,and half don't know what they are doing. They "couldn't find" all of my paperwork that I handed in,so my case closed,without me being able to get food tamps. I was sent back and forth to that office three times in one day,because the man told me to bring back certain paperwork. I specifically asked him before leaving to go back home,if he was sure that was it, and he said yes. We get our paperwork,come back,and the lady said we needed some more things. REALLY??!!! SO we go back home to get more,and come back again,she couldn't find a couple of things so I told her to check inside,that I made copies of everything,and was told to put it in an envelope over a month ago. This other lady overheard and said that it would have bee thrown out by now. UGGGHHH thank God this lady decided to tae it upon herself and go back there to check anyway,and guess what?! Sure enough,my papers were there,sitting in an envelope on someone's desk,and they never even looked at it! SMH I got my card in the mail 2 days ago,come to find out that I was approvedon June 1,and I should have gotten my food stamps a week later,the most,but I first got them on June 25,and first got my cRD NOW...I got nothing forthe month of July. Like really,WTF!!! It is because they know that they won't lose their jobs! smh And they NEVER pick up a phone. It is ridiculous! They need to get workers who will actually do their jobs properly and answer phones!!
