horrible place. Bought a pool from them and they where supposed to give us a beaded liner but they gave us an over lapping liner instead and charged us for a beaded one the old switch and bait.they did the same thing with the pool light we paid for a new one they gave us a refurbished one,and they gave us a refurbished pool pump also instead of a new one. I would not buy from them again stay away they will sell you the good stuff on paper but will deliver the refurbished stuff instead.

Finally a repairman who shows up when he says he will! Ed was very personable and fixed the problem in a timely fashion and explained to me what the problem was. The spa is 11 years old and this is the first problem we have had with it and we are very satisfied.

I came into Staten Island Pool and Spa after my four year old pool I bought from another company began leaking and having problems. Obviously frustrated, the store staff went to great lengths to help find an effective solution and make sure I would return as a customer in the future. I definitely recommend anyone looking to do anything with a Pool or a Spa check with these experts first!
