This place is the real deal. If you looking for a McDojo this is not the place. The teachers live what they preach. They are not only great martial artists but they are good people who care about the students and each other. Real self defense...real martial arts..real people.

Great place if you are looking to get in shape as well as learn stand up and ground games not only for self defense but for competition as well.
