Do not go there they don't appreciate your business they hate their job and I actually had to stand there and erase things from my car by myself never go there and save yourself money and time there is another car wash across the street

Completely unprofessional. These guys do not know what they are doing at all! Avoid them!

Our first experience will MOST DEFINITELY BE OUR LAST! The owner of this proprietorship has shown no business class whatsoever when his personnel locked our keys in our vehicle upon putting our car through the car wash. After the staff realized the car was locked, they offered to "jimmy" it open. Not to our liking, the use of a crowbar to pry open a brand new vehicle is vehemently out of the question! My husband called me immediately so that I may bring the extra set of keys to unlock the car. My husband, showing understanding (as many customers would have never shown), told the staff that his wife was on her way with the keys. Not until the owner/manager came out to speak to my husband did things go awry. It was his staff's mishap, but told my husband that it was YOUR CAR'S FAULT that the keys were locked in! HE told my husband that there is something wrong with our vehicle and that his staff is not responsible and PUBLICLY YELLED, AND POINTED IN MY HUSBAND'S FACE TELLING HIM THAT IF HE DOESN'T MOVE THE CAR THAT HE IS NOT WELCOME IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN. Move the car - it is in neutral, running and burning gas - he screamed he has customer's...Be angry with your staff not your customer!!! Being the MAN that my husband is, he warned him to put his finger down and out of his face and told him to discontinue using the tone he was - THIS it is NOT the CAR'S fault the keys were locked in, but in fact YOUR personnel's lack of attention! This owner should have never spoken to my husband this way - it was poor judgment and poor business etiquette. Enter this establishment at your own risk, because if anything ever happens to your car - they will never do the "right thing"! It is a shame that people talk to each other in these ways. This was completely unnecessary and quite honestly, a waste of all our time. I am so disappointed!!! We rate this car wash with ZERO STARS - BUT CANNOT - the one star that is there is only so we can publish this review!!! Terrible management. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR BEHAVIOR - COMPLETELY DISGRACEFUL AND YOU SHOULD NEVER RUN A BUSINESS WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT TOWARDS PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Honest shop that never sold me on services I didn't require. They are really determined to resolve troubles and priced very competetively. They made a loyal customer out of my father and have swayed me too. I whole heartedly recommend them. PS there wash is great.

after being a long time customer there....i went for my car inspection and after it was done they told me my rear brake light bulb was out....that they replaced it and there was a $10 charge for the bulb. REALLY? $10 for a bulb that I could buy a two pack for $1.50 and they most likely get for far less. $10 for a bulb I could have changed myself..(open back panel in trunk, twist out old bulb, put in new). $10 for a long time customer, oh I see their plan, rip off everyone that comes to their shop.

Well I am no longer a long time customer...I am now a former customer who will take my business to someone who appreciates their customers.

NOTE TO STATEN ISLAND HAND CAR WASH: you're not the only show in town...would have been better to treat me better, and I could have told all my friends about your good service, now I can only tell than that I will never go back to your shop and how you ripped my on a petty light bulb. CYA
