View is great, ride is nice, about 30 mins or so back and forth. I normally hate cruises but this boat trip is always enjoyable for whatever reason.

Pretty much unbeatable views of downtown Manhattan (plus the Statue of Liberty at a slightly greater distance) from a regular free ferry. A must do for the NYC tourist whether or not you're on a tight budget. Free WiFi too!

If you're willing to experience a ferry on the Hudson, try going for Staten Island Ferry because it's for free and provides with great views of lower Manhattan, Jersey city skyline, Governor's Island, Brooklyn skyline and Statue of Liberty.

Good service, always on time by schedule, a little bit dirty inside the ferry, but it is expect-able for public transport in the NYC.

About 30 mins each way. Free WiFi on board, arrive about 10 to 15 mins early.
