Love this office! The dentist, hygienist, reception...all top notch! Myself and my children love love love them here! Professional environment. Warm and loving staff..we he been coming here for years and will definately continue to be patients here.

This is one of the best dental offices I have been to and would definitely refer my family and friends! From the second you walk in the door you are greeted by a friendly front desk. The hygienist was excellent and caring. She made me feel comfortable eventhough I dread going to the dentist for years until I found this office. The dentist, Dr. Colleen Intatano is knowledgeable and gentle. The waiting time is minimal to none. I used to wait in other offices for hours but not here. The work that was needed was throughfully explained to me as well as what options I have. The work was done painlessly!
I am happy to say I finally found a great dental office and will refer my family and friends!

Not a fan. I chose this dental group from a groupon special, so this was my first and only visit. My cleaning and exam lasted (including leaving and getting out to the car) a total of 11 minutes. I texted my babysitter after my x-rays to say that I was done with those and when I got out to the car it was only 11 minutes later. I usually have no problem going to the dentist for a cleaning but this cleaning had me on edge. My whole body was tense, the dental assistant or hygienist (I'm not sure which one) was cleaning my teeth so fast I did not know how she could be doing a very effective job. Sure enough, upon returning home, I still had some build up by my gums. Also, there was no perio check--where they check your gums for tenderness/problems. When the dentist did come by, she looked at my mouth for maybe 15 seconds, and said I was good to go. I honestly felt like because my x-rays came out fine (meaning no other procedures aka money were needed) that they just wanted to get me out of there as soon as possible. Upon completion - if you want to call it that - the receptionist asked me if I wanted to schedule a 6 month cleaning appointment. I asked how much. She answered $200. Um... $200 for an 11 minute, rushed, bad cleaning that left me tense and still needing a cleaning...NO Thank you! It has probably taken me longer to write this review than it did for them to clean my teeth and give me an exam.

I have been going to the Staten Island Dental Group for years. The practice was run even better after the change of the name / management. I am very happy with their level of service and dental expertise.

Have been calling during their supposed business hours to pay my bill over the phone and no one ever answers the phone. Called 3 times today, Saturday, and the web says they are open from 9-3 but again no one answers the phone. How can they run a business this way??
