The city employee that answered was unprofessional from the minute she answered my call. She wouldn't introduce herself and was aggressive in her tone throughout the brief conversation I had with her. She ended up hanging up without telling me her name and or her supervisor's name. Very disappointing that a city agency, that is supposed to provide a service to the tax payer, would tolerate such inappropriate behavior.
