Terrible place one person doing marriage licenses and the ceremony it will take 2-3 hr

For a building that people may or may not want to be visiting....the employees were nothing less than helpful and the architecture and murals are an extra perk for a municipality.

After a 4 year+ battle and still no action taken to correct a retaining wall in my backyard I would say the building department has failed to keep my children safe in there own backyard. This is my only way of contact being the answering machine has been full for months and when the call is transferred it then says invalid number and hangs up. This is typical of a NYC agency way to go Mr. Bloomberg keep up the good work can't wait to see you in court! I wouldn't even give 1 star but that isn't an option.
