State Farm: Susan Godau

First of all let me tell you a little bit about my self. My name is Karim. I'm probably the cheapest guy in this world. Mrs. Susan Godau has been great to me , my property and my business. Yes State Farm is a little off when it comes to auto policy. Well actually they are crazy when it comes to auto policy, but it's not the agents fault. She's just an agent not State Farm people. On the bright side she have saved me more then $10,000 on my home policy. Where Allstate and other companies wanted $12,000 to $15,000 for my Homeowner Policy, State Farm charged me less then $3,000. She is very polite and reasonable. Her staff are very professional and polite.

LAZY

I was trying to have my first US license at the age of 23. Since my license was very new, and I was below 25 every one were giving me high premiums. Then, I contacted her through statefarm, and she gave me quote at almost HALF the price! I was surprised and I asked her 2-3 times that she's sure she's not missing anything since this is A WAY LOW then what others are offering, but she said - "naah, we entered all your information and this is what you got". I went out of the office happily.... BUT BUT BUT, then I realized that she GUFFED UP! Within a month or something I was involved in an accident and then I got an email from StateFarm that they are increasing my premium by DOUBLE amount since THEY DID NOT KNOW I WAS AN UNDER AGE DRIVER!!!! I mean,
1) I gave them (her) my correct b'day and told her personally that my quotes are very high since I am underaged.
2) My diriving license has my age printed on that!
She said since State Farm dint know I was under-aged driver they gave me low premium initially, but after the accident they REALIZED about my age and increased the premium! I went to her for may times, but she being VERY RUDE would just simply ignore and would never admit that it was HER fault! From my side I gave them correct DOB, correct SSN, correct LICENSE number!
I WOULD NOT RECOOMMEND ANY ONE GOING TO HER...
