I switched over 4 cars, home and life insurance from geico to State Farm. The price I got was unbeatable. Russell was very professional and went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. He came to our home after hours to take all pictures of the home and auto and follows up every month to make sure we are satisfied. He is a great agent to deal with and the agency as well. I would highly recommend Steve Fay and Russell for all your insurance needs.

It is of great pleasure doing business with State Farm Insurance specially when You get a chance to speak with pleasant people such as Alexandra Abrego, who values my business. Her pleasant professional approach towards my concerns about my car Insurance Policy, has kept me with the company. Russ is by far the best Insurance Agent that Inhabe ever worked with. He is the true meaning of the word "Professional". A true treasure to any company !!! He helped me switch from Geico and open up 2 policies at a much better rate. He really hooked me up on price and was super efficient the ought the process. Russ explained everything thoroughly and went beyond and above. His customer skills are perfection at its core. I will highly recommend Russ to all my friends and family and hopefully do business with him for many many years to come.

I can personally say that the amount of care that the agent Steve Fay puts into his office, and the quality of the workflow that comes out of it is unmatched by any other insurance agent.
