As soon as I walked into the office, I was greeted by Mark and he was quick to make me feel comfortable and at ease about the accident that I was recently in. He not only helped me with the process of starting a claim and explaining the steps to me, but he also went above and beyond to help me with renting a car. Since he was unable to get the car rental company to bring the car to the office location, he personally found the car rental location with the quickest availability of cars and drove me there himself. He made sure that I was not sitting around waiting for hours and he got the work done!! It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone that I know!
