I will try to be very brief. I was dealt with very impersonally. My policy was explained to me incorrectly. Hence I had to pay my policy in full which is not what I wanted nor what was explained to me.
I specifically asked how payments needed to be made and I was told the incorrect information. I spent 20-30 minutes explaining my issue to the representative and was told I would be called soon by my agent. One week and no return call and no one knew about my issue or what I was talking about. So I wasted my time because I had to explain the issue again to someone else who simply told me I had to deal with it. I've also been called in twice to provide copies of the same documentation which I provided on my first visit. Very unprofessional.
