Working with this insurance agency has always been an absolute pleasure. My apartment was robbed a few years back and the staff was extremely quick in their response to help me replace my stolen items and answer any questions. They even kindly offered their condolences for my situation! My roommate had a different insurance agency and I watched as she had to struggle to get her claim through and they always treated her in a very accusatory manor. I've never spoken with Brian directly, but I can say that the staff he has hired is friendly and eager to make your experience as easy as possible. I've recommended them to all of my friends!

No superlatives super enough to describe Brian Levitt at State Farm. He has gone out of his way to be helpful to me on many occasions. In one case, he has even recommended that I go to another brokerage house for one of my insurance needs since he knew they could offer me a lower rate. I kept all of my other policies with him at State Farm, as there is no one I would trust more to give me the right advice about insurance. He has my business for as long as I need insurance. Do yourself a favor and call him.

Called them to insure equipment when traveling. They responded that they wouldn't even bother submitting it as a policy to state farm because state farm would reject it. What did I do? Call any number of other state farm agents and take a guess what their response was? We would love you as a customer. So Brian Levitt's state farm office I found to be not only useless but did not think twice about lying to sound credible. My advice, don't bother calling this office do yourself a favor and call any other state farm office in this city.
