Would like to thank The Brian Downes agency and their Family of Agents for their continued outstanding Customer Service, their keen eye for detail and most of all for being there when i need them.. After 5 years of continued service i would not put my needs in any other companies hands.. Thank You

- Poor #233670

In the beginning everything was great. Had 3 auto insurance, rental and life insurance. As months went by I would recieve random new fees on my bill. Lastly, they decided to raise my quote by a large amount, nobody took the time to let me know my upcoming bill was going to be more. I immediately cut it off and now i am with geico.
