State Farm: Amin Antoine

every time I attempt to get customer service from Amin Antoine's firm I leave several messages and o not get return calls. I must call multiple times to get through. I feel the customer service is poor and I spend over $4,000 a year.

I have a number of different insurance agents over the course of my life. These folks have been the best. Office is bursting at the seams because they treat people well. John Lasell Orange.

I want to take my time out and write this review. I usually don't find the time to do these things but I was extremely impressed and very happy after leaving the office today. This office is phenomenal with the customer service. When I walked in I was greeted in despite of the busyness of the office. The office was full of people but I can definitely see why. This office goes above and beyond to make sure you are treated well. Recently my rate went up and I got a courtesy call from amin's staff to come in to do a review. I was very glad I came in because I was able to save $180.00 off my car insurance. Most insurance companies never explain the increase nor do they try to help you with it. I have had insurance for many years with different companies and by far this is one of the best. They really do make you feel like family. I will be sending many referrals. Amin and staff are very warm and friendly and I am very pleased to have them as my insurance company.

If it was up to me they would get no stars.this place is horrible liars and scammers. They give u the run around and never follow through with you. They caused my car note to increase, they told dmv I didn't make payments which led to my registration being cancelled without my knowledge only to be pulled over thinking everything was fine but ended up getting my car towed. I recerty with them in April on this year I just received my permanent insurance card last month. Every 6 months they say the crime rte has gon up your city so they can get more money out of you so instead of u getting a discount every month u end up paying more. This has been the worst experience I ever had and I've hea great things about State Farm but if u are strongly considering them PLEASE stay away from this agency in particular. Oh and every time you call u will get someone who is in training and don't know what they are doing. Never again NEXTTTTT

I can honestly say that I love State Farm Insurance Company. Every time I have an issue or need someone's assistance they are always willing to help. I've been with this company for over 5 years, and I will continue to use them as long as I need Car/Life insurance or any other insurance that they cover. I recommended state farm to my family and friends as well, and they are still thanking me to this day. I'm very grateful that I found a place that understands! Thank u so much for what your doing for me and my family. We appreciate it. Keep up the great work Amin and Team!
