I bought a winter jacket from this store. Their website advertised this winter jacket as super warm:
... Filled with Ultra Warm Primaloft...you will be transformed to a place where the elements are tamed and the winter streets are conquered....
...is padded for warmth ....
But when the jacket arrived, the label of the coat stated as "10 ~ -5C", which translated to "23 ~ 50F". The coat was more suitable for spring/fall not for super cold North East winter, didn't even bother to mention that I spent a lot of time walking outside and wait for buses under 8 ~ 1 F, so this coat didn't work for me.
I called them for a return/refund. Bond, (she claimed as the relative of the owner) said she wouldn't give me a refund except for a store credit for something else. I told her that I was not going to take more risk with her and only wanted a refund. Then I told her that I was going through my credit card company to deal with her and would leave a bad review, and she said it would take me a lot of time in filing a dispute with her.
I will never buy anything from this shop again. Learn from my lesson, spend a bit more money on a creditable dealer who won't cheat you about their products and won't steal your money.
