After taking my daughter for 3 consecutive years, we experience the teacher being rude and even i explained why my daughter was absent she got angry at her in front of the entire class.
The Secretary/ person in charge or money dues… called me asking why we stopped coming??
I explained we had payed for our costume and were ready for the performance, after the teacher being rude my daughter didn't want to perform… Guess what??/ NO ONE CALLED BACK ASKING WHAT HAPPENED OR SAYING SORRY..No money back!! we kept paying for other weeks until contract ended… Now when u see this note make sure you don't believe on pretty faces.. they just want the money, what ever happens there is not their business, you are alone. Just give them the money>>
My daughter loved dancing, we have found a new place where they do care .

A beautiful dance floor. However I attended the international style dance classes and was totally disappointed. In 4 months I learned only 2 figures. The teacher spent a lot of time talking unnecessarily. The same patterns were repeated each month even though there were the same students in the class. I felt that I wasted my money. There was also no time to practice with music because he spent so much time talking. There was always an uneven amount of leaders to followers and he never asks students to rotate so that everyone can have the opportunity to practice with a partner. Group classes does not require a partner. However, I attended other classes. Andres is a great teacher. I absolutely enjoyed my ballroom and hustle classes. He made difficult patterns seem easy.

Some minor gripes about this place, but overall I really like it. Their socials can be a bit on the quiet side but the floor is absolutely beautiful. Not the biggest in the area but definitely one of the nicest. Some staff can be slightly arrogant, and you have to deal with dance hosts in this location at the socials... but there are far worse places you could go. I always have a great time at their socials.

We attended the Valentines Dinner and Dance Feb 14 2014.and were very dismayed by the rudeness and arrogance of one staff member. She wore a scarf around her neck and took our payment that night. It was supposed to be a buffet . They only had 3 dishes served: pasta, chicken marsala and a small plate of salad for 35 bucks. No drink, not even water was served. Their ad did not even say BYOB. I went for my second plate and this woman, upon seeing me grimaced. She was at the buffet serving but when it was my turn, she quickly left so I murmured, OK, I will serve myself then. Such rudeness !!. Not even worth 20 bucks. We could have gone to other ballroom places with very palatable and adequate servings. Definitely not coming back, and not recommending this to anyone..

There is something fundamentally wrong with this place. It's all about the money that is quite unfortunate. The kids classes are certainly an afterthought decision, as long as the money comes in, that's all that mattere and that is sad. We were looking fo small ballet class for our child. Classes there are small, 5 to 8 at most. So you would think that more attention would be given to each child. Forget it, after 6 weeks, the intructor still don't know my child name and she dares asking me..." what's her name again? sorry !!" after 6 weeks!!!! come on now!!!! She comes late pretty often too, not professional at all
Now about the recital, you pay $70 for the outfit...and only one parent receives a pass for the recital. I mean, lets be serious here, even at graduations (high school, college etc...) parents and family members are provided a certain number of tickets for free, 2,3,4...is there an assumption that most kids there have single parent!
We have a large Italian family proud of their kids that would like to be able to attend this kind of events and well feel as if this is not done right and we are very disappointed by the whole place. Sure, all you care about is making money, but please don't make that obvious. We bring our children there for a learning experience. The whole establishment should put little emphasis on caring about how good the kids are learning the stuff and, if not the case, what is the instructor doing about it to improve the situation. These are small classes and there is no reason why an instructor could not spend a little time on a child needing more attention unless again this whole kids business is an afterthought..to make extra cash. Trust me , lot of people are aware of it..not just me
