I really love this place but the only problem it is always too cold !!! I would give it 5 stars if they put up the heat. It is way too freezing to concentrate sometimes.

Three different people took my order then I had to repeat it to the cashier who wasn't paying attention. I brought my own bottle so that I wouldn't need a cup, fighting pollution must not be in your protocol since they wrote it on a cup and put it upside down on my bottle. I wanted cold brew, nothing else, then I was made feel stupid for not wanting ice. Why would I want water to dilute my already watered down cold brew that isn't cold.
