- Terrible #167861

Terrible employees! Not very courteous or friendly and border line argumentative. I would avoid this location, as there are many coffee shops in the area that are much better in quality and service. This location needs to be shuttered!

well just half hour ago the cashier gave me a venti black tea when i ordered a black tea lemonade, was charged for 4.08 for the drink, the cashier gave me the drink in 5 secs asked for exchange and was told it was a btl, have been drinking btl from different starbucks everywhere in america never tried one tasted like this,i can give two dollar tips if he wanted to get tge differences in his pocket, P.S.i paid cash.
