It's a small location and they try to lessen the wait during peak hours with a kiosk where one of the employees takes your order and while you wait to get to the register to pay it might be ready sooner. There is still a wait and it's gets really crowded and hectic.

Its been a while since I have been at this location ( i gave the 3 stars before ) but there have been some changes, all negative in my opinion which is why I am going to avoid this store

No bathrooms?!?

Coffee, aside from being a good source of pep, is also a great laxative. So how on earth is your location NOT going to have a bathroom??

I HAVE 5 PEOPLE THAT I REALLY LOVE THERE .. THAT ALWAYS PROVIDES OVERLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT MAKES ME FEEL SO SPECIAL!! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH THAT I'M THINKING OF WHAT WAYS CAN I GIVE BACK! I ONLY KNOW 3 OUT OF 5 NAMES BUT I WILL FIND OUT.. KENDRA, NATALIE, GUSTAVO AND THE YOUNG WOMAN WITH A BLACK STRAIGHT BOB (may be latina), and A LIGHTER TONED shorter Black guy!

THEY ARE AMAZING AND I'M WRITING A LETTER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AS WE SPEAK!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR AT LEAST MAKING ONE CUSTOMER FEEL LIKE A STAR!
