Starbucks

RUDE! It's such a toss up to come to this starbucks instead of the express one or the one down by the river- which always have top notch service. I feel like everytime I go it's super backed up and they DO NOT listen to your order- they just make it however and hope you don't notice. I ordered a sandwich and was standing in the busy store today when it was flown at me and the employee announced "Here it is you walked right past it" Also, you can watch them make your drink wrong and then they get pissy about it. I wish these employees had some customer service training. On the other hand every once in a while if it is slow I get two employees that are always so nice and will even look for something in the back for you if you can't find it- these employees were two of the only male employees I have seen there.
